Once your return request has been approved, you must send the product back within 14 days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, and if everything is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
You will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount via the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized products or items that fall under hygiene exceptions (if the seal is broken).
